Limo Bus Reservations operates as a reservation platform and affiliate service that connects customers with local transportation operators for party bus, limousine, coach bus, and other ground transportation services across the United States.

We may fulfill your booking in one of the following ways:

• Directly through our own fleet and operations
• Through affiliated sister companies within our network
• Through independent partner operators in your local area

The actual transportation service is provided by the assigned operator, which may or may not be Limo Bus Reservations directly. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the connection and booking process.

3. Booking and Quotes

Submitting a quote request through our Site does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation (via email or text) from us or the assigned operator, along with any required deposit or payment terms.

All pricing provided through our Site is estimated and subject to change based on availability, vehicle type, distance, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

4. Operator Responsibility and Liability

When your booking is fulfilled by an affiliated sister company or independent partner operator, that operator is solely responsible for the transportation service provided, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle condition, safety, and maintenance
• Driver conduct and professionalism
• Compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Insurance coverage for the vehicle and passengers
• Timeliness and route management

Limo Bus Reservations is not liable for the performance, actions, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any affiliated operator or independent partner. Any complaints, claims, or disputes regarding the transportation service itself should be directed to the operator that fulfilled the booking. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues, but the operator bears ultimate responsibility.

5. User Obligations

By using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Comply with all rules, policies, and instructions of the assigned transportation operator
• Not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not submit false, misleading, or spam contact form submissions

6. TCPA Consent

By submitting a quote request and checking the TCPA consent box on our forms, you provide express written consent for Limo Bus Reservations to contact you at the phone number provided via calls and text messages, including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, for the purpose of communicating about your booking inquiry and related services.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, calling (844) 725-4257, or emailing info@limobusreservations.com. Standard message and data rates may apply.

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, you consent to receive promotional offers and updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting your booking or service inquiry.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, tools, and software, is the property of Limo Bus Reservations or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limo Bus Reservations and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
