A 50% deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before your event. No day-of payments to worry about. Major credit and debit cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before. 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before. No refund under 15 days. Reschedules are accommodated subject to availability at no extra charge.

BYOB Friendly

Bring your own beer, wine, and seltzers (21+ only). Hard alcohol may not be permitted on some vehicles. No smoking, no pets. Decorations allowed with prior approval.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is straightforward: cancel 30 or more days before your event and you receive a full refund. Cancel 15-29 days before your event and you receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 15 days before the event are non-refundable, as the vehicle has been held exclusively for your event and the opportunity to rebook it is extremely limited. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we are happy to work with you on moving your date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
