Evidence and corrections
Editorial standards and source methodology
Our goal is to help a reader ask better questions and compare trip-specific evidence. We do not use article length, city-route count, or structured data as substitutes for verified facts.
Last reviewed July 31, 2026. This policy applies to visible pages, structured data, AI-facing files, planning tools, reviews, and polls.
What we claim about our own service
Limo Bus Reservations runs the trips it publishes and books them directly. We do not dress up planning content as something more than it is. A vehicle page describes a real cabin we send out; it is not a statement that the specific vehicle is free on your date, and a city page describes how we run trips in that market rather than promising a particular bus on a particular Saturday. Availability comes from a dispatcher, and price and terms come from your contract. Where a page names a number — a capacity, a distance, an hours figure — it is either measured, sourced and cited on the page, or it is labelled as an estimate. If we cannot support a claim, we take it off the page rather than soften it, and you are welcome to ask us for the underlying record on the phone or on live chat.
Primary sources and local facts
We prefer government, regulator, airport, and venue records for factual claims, and our own dispatch experience for operational ones. City pages with matched geographic data identify the U.S. Census Bureau 2024 Gazetteer source and label straight-line calculations as estimates rather than road distance. Geographic facts are included to identify places precisely, not to pad a page.
Pricing and calculator outputs
Prices, minimum hours, gratuity, and fees move with the date, the market, the vehicle size, and the shape of the route, so a calculator output is a working estimate rather than an offer. Planning ranges published here are drawn from where our own trips of that shape typically land. The binding numbers are the ones in your contract: the total, the hours it covers, the overtime rate, and the deposit and cancellation terms. We never publish a price we have not actually charged.
Safety and regulatory guidance
Requirements depend on vehicle size, passenger capacity, state, and whether a trip crosses state lines, so we describe what applies rather than making blanket certification claims. Where a vehicle is built to seat sixteen or more people, the driver counted among them, 49 CFR 383.5 puts the driver into CDL territory with a passenger endorsement attached; our chauffeurs on those vehicles carry it. We run under filed operating authority and carry commercial passenger liability insurance, and we will send a certificate naming your organization on request.
Reviews and polls
The reviews page renders records returned by the configured review database and never invents a testimonial or a rating when records are unavailable. Reviews are individual accounts, not universal performance evidence. Polls are self-selected visitor responses and are not presented as representative, independently audited market research.
Updates and corrections
An article date indicates the publication record stored with that article. Rules, prices, venue access, and market conditions change. Readers can report a possible error at info@limobusreservations.com. We correct unsupported statements rather than hiding a weak page, and material machine-facing facts are reviewed against the same evidence boundary as visible pages.
